The pandemic revealed that those who work in restaurants and bars are indeed front line workers. They not only faced the risk of disease and infection, but also irate customers, long hours, and low wages. They do far more than simply serve food and drinks. They bring a smile, pleasant conversation, a listening ear, and often genuine friendship. I salute these fine folks and all they do. Never underestimate the difference you make in folks lives . . . , bless you! Some of these wonderful folks took time from their very busy schedule hence some of these images are little more than a quick snapshot; others are posed character studies.
